Dear Students, 

Architecture is a multifaceted discipline that carries the cultural heritage of human history into the future and shapes the living environment of society. As the Department of Architecture, our aim is to train creative and innovative architects who can understand this multidimensional field and are proficient in the knowledge and technologies required by the modern age.

In line with our Faculty’s educational philosophy—which is rooted in universal values, is people-centred and is based on serving society—we aim to nurture our students into individuals who are sensitive to ethical values, environmentally conscious, capable of critical thinking and able to collaborate with other disciplines.

To enhance the quality of teaching and learning, we provide a strong academic infrastructure, up-to-date design tools and studio environments; we are constantly developing our research and academic capacity. Through our partnerships with the industry, we support our students in gaining practical experience and participating in projects that generate social benefit. As the Department of Architecture, our aim is to train architects who are sought after at both national and international levels, who are original in their approach, and who contribute to society.
